The Botswana Council of Non-Governmental Organizations (BOCONGO) was founded in 1995 to coordinate the activity of Botswana’s non-governmental organizations (NGOs). BOCONGO collaborates with NGOs and other stakeholders to strengthen the NGO sector by organizing the sector’s contributions to development in Botswana and beyond, providing capacity building, and facilitating forums for effective communication among members and key stakeholders.
