The Auxiliary Maritime Company Of Madagascar, AUXIMAD, is a public limited company with a share capital of 222,000,000 Ariary. It was founded in 1952 after the diversification of the activities of the original firm, which was then known as “WHARF de TAMATAVE” and whose major activity was ship consignment.
She currently works in transit, handling, land transport, warehousing, grouping, and insurance, in addition to ship consignment. ARO, SMTM, DELMAS, SCIPPA, NY HAVANA, DUBOSC, and OTHERS are the major stockholders of AUXIMAD.
