S&S Properties Ltd is a real estate company incorporated in 2015 mainly to engage in real estate development, construction and other related activities. The company was founded by a Gambian duo whose interest is to cater for the housing needs of the growing population. The founders came to the realization that property prices in the Gambia will come to a rise because of the growing population, which puts pressure on the availability of land resources for residential and commercial purposes within the kombos.
