Pure Oil Industries, a joint venture between ETG/Vamara and Parrogate Zimbabwe, was established in Zimbabwe in 2012. In 2013, the first commercial production began. The company is today a well-known processor of edible oils, notably soya bean, cotton, palm, sunflower, and canola oil, with “ZIMGOLD” as its leading brand. With the ability to crush soya beans, cotton seeds, and sunflower seeds, we also undertake oilseed extraction. We also make soya meals, cotton cakes, and sunflower cakes for the stock feed sector during this procedure. We also started a backward integration approach to help local farmers, which resulted in the creation of our contract farming scheme in 2016.
