The National Assembly Act (Seventh Session of Assembly) established the Micro-finance Guarantee Agency (Tayseer or facilitation). It is a public-benefit Sudanese financial agency that aims to provide the appropriate wholesale guarantee to small and medium-sized microfinance institutions in Sudan in order for them to get banking finance.
