CSI Construction Ltd was founded in 1988 to take over Coastal Steel Industries’ civil and concrete engineering branch. CSI has grown into Tanzania’s most regarded construction company under the leadership of Mohamed Versi. We operate throughout the country from our base in Dar-Es-Salaam, from high-end offices to remote power and mining projects, as a registered class 1 building and class 2 civils contractor. We specialize in services to the Healthcare, Hospitality, Oil and Gas, Mining, Power, Infrastructure, and other general construction industries, with a core workforce of 120 people and a multi-million dollar turnover.
