It has been planned LEASABLE to its partners, as well as all national and international companies operating in the fields of logistics, customs brokerage, import and export, public institutions and organizations and businesses in warehousing, packaging and distribution sectors.

Ankara Logistics Base offers a range of services including modular office and commercial spaces available for lease to companies involved in logistics, import/export, packaging, distribution, as well as customs brokers, government institutions, and NGOs. It also provides expandable warehouse units covering 1,080 m², featuring a 12-meter height, dust-free flooring, 6-ton/m² load capacity, natural daylight, insulation, a mezzanine level, and a fire suppression system. Additionally, the facility includes customs bonded areas operating under the Ankara Customs Office, offering temporary storage, Type-A general bonded warehouses, and export/on-vehicle processing services.
