FAIR Construction

About Us

FAIR CONSTRUCTION LTD began its construction and civil works business in Uganda in 1986, and then expanded to Rwanda in 1995. We were a pioneer in Rwanda’s indigenous large-scale building industry, and we are still one of the country’s major construction enterprises today. Our multi-disciplined Building Division, which has been entrusted with the construction of some of Kigali’s most iconic structures, continues to be one of the most trusted in the sector. FAIR CONSTRUCTION has undertaken numerous, often daring, projects in power, water, and industrial infrastructure over the years. Our fleet of equipment also allowed us to fulfill connected road and earthwork contracts around the country for predominantly public sector clients.
