Africorp International (ACI) is an innovative African agricultural firm committed to making a good financial and social effect in Sudan’s agriculture industry. ACI, situated in Khartoum, was founded in 2002 and is a prominent Sudanese exporter of key cash crops farmed by smallholder farmers across Sudan’s agriculture production zones. Currently, ACI operations provide access to agricultural expertise, capital, and equipment, and technology to nearly 4,000 farmers. The company employs 35 full-time employees and over 800 part-time workers, the majority of whom are women.
